"Recently, here at Waikoloa Hills we had all 13 of our condominium buildings painted, as well as the pool house, pool deck and guard shack.
We chose Summit Painting due to their very competitive bid, but more importantly because of the other fine work they've done here in Waikoloa Village.
Our project took six months to complete. The crew remained the same during the project and it was a pleasure to work with the job foreman. He was totally professional and made sure our residents weren't inconvenienced during the painting process. His crew was courteous and anxious to please.
Summit's attention to detail was outstanding. Our buildings look brand new and we've received many positive comments not just from our residents, but many local residents as well.

We recently asked Summit Painting to paint the interior of our dive center & we are very happy with the results. "As a resort property, it is also important that the painting crew be considerate and courteous to the guests and owners, and that the property be kept neat and orderly. On all of these points Summit Painting has succeeded! They have strictly adhered to the schedule (even working a periodic Saturday when necessary), and the painting crew has been excellent to work with. I have not had a single complaint from any owner or guest regarding the crew. As to the quality of the actual work product, Summit Painting is doing an excellent job. As generally known, surface preparation is key to a good paint job. The Summit Painting crew takes care to power wash all surfaces, caulks where needed, does minor repairs, and also primes the surfaces as needed. The coverage, as measured by a mils gauge, has been excellent, and the attention to detail has been great.
I am very pleased with the work of the Summit Painting crew.
